Describing a problem using the Global 8D methodology |
|
Describing a process, which is usually done in step 2 of the Global 8D methodology, is one of the key stages in a problem solving process. This stage, by many treated as very simple and not requiring any particular commitment („we know where the problem lies"), often decides whether further problem solving stages will be successful or not – improperly or briefly described problem often causes failure during actual causes identification and as a result, leads to failure of the whole 8D process.Zaloguj się, aby czytać dalej... |
