Indicator analysis can be conducted using many different tools. One of the most popular are computer worksheets, which usually offer some functionality for data visualization using charts. Such a solution works in small companies, where complexity of data is not so advanced. But starts to be insufficient when you think about multi-criteria analysis. Basic program functionality:

• Defining flexible structures of processes and areas
  You can define a flexible processes' structure, suitable for you organization needs. Users with sufficient permissions can redefine this structure by adding, removing and renaming processes and changing KPIs assigned to these processes.

• Indicator definitions and record input
  Every indicator can be described by any form that is defined by a user (currency, percentage, general, etc.) and any unit. Entering records is an intuitive process - you just have to enter the indicator's value for a certain area or process, define its basic parameters, and then you can start entering the data. Data can be entered manually or downloaded from other systems (after previously defining a communication interface).

  Total processes' performances presentation by evaluating a weighted mean
• ProRATE application generates charts of process's performance, where you can analyse any time period and see the global process trend. Trends are evaluated using weighted mean based on indicators assigned to a specific process. Using weight model you can differentiate influance of particular indicators on the eventual process result.

• Indicator performance charts
  After entering a new record, the data charts are automatically shifted to the next period. This adds automatic "rolling" mechanism to your charts. You can also put target and trend lines on all charts.

• Any number of indicators in every process/area
  You can assign any number of indicators to a specific process or area. Moreover, you can use the same indicators in many processes/areas and perspectives. The indicators are then used to evaluate process's performance.

• Derived indicators
  Using this mechanizm you can calculate new indicators based on formulas leveraging other indicators. This way you can avoid multiple entering of the same data in different configurations.
